Do you enjoy distilled products? Than de Admiraal is the right place to taste geneva and liquors of the unique distillery in Amsterdam: A.van Wees, de Ooievaar. Our products are still produced with authentic potstills and with original receipes, dating from the 18th century. Flavour and colour are the results from pure, natural ingredients. Once you tasted a genava or liquor from van Wees, you will never drink another. Enjoy our products with typical Dutch snacks from our restaurant.

Apart from the extended choice of liquors, bitters, genevas and ‘soilfounders’ you may enjoy a delicious diner as well. Our chef composes the menu with honest and fresh products only.
